about

I love Billy Collins. I first fell in love with him by listening to his live recording of a reading in NY. Songwriter Peter Mulvey and I were driving up the West Coast, and he brought Billy along. Billy Collins is a writer whose work has a depth and resonance to it that reflects the shared experience of being human. As a former high school substitute teacher in Eugene, Oregon, I found “Introduction To Poetry” an irresistible choice for Bird In A Cage.
